Swifty\u2019s serves three meals in its romantic indoor\/outdoor space with a lush, twinkling hanging garden, where guests of <\/span>all <\/span><\/i>generations can choose to dine <\/span>al fresco<\/span><\/i> or in the classic, clubby bar and lounge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Born in Hexham, England, Tom Whitaker (The Colony\u2019s Executive Chef) comes to us from a fine-dining career that has included Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux\u2019s Fearrington House Restaurant (in Pittsboro, North Carolina) and Ashby Inn and Restaurant (in Paris, Virginia). Here, Whitaker helms Swifty\u2019s while overseeing The Colony\u2019s dining program. \u201cFine dining is art,\u201d shares Whitaker. \u201cIt is beauty created from the finest cuisine, in the best surroundings, with impeccable service.
